Saif has led HR and operations in top UAE hospitals, and he most recently served as Head of Human Resources at Valiant Healthcare LLC. His expertise includes strategic HR operations, Regulatory compliance, Healthcare Management, Business Development, Digital transformation, HRIS, Oracle, and SAP implementation, and Global Talent
Practices and business operations. Known for aligning HR with business goals, he is fluent in English, conversational in German, and native in Urdu and Pashto. Saif thrives in diverse, multicultural environments, driving transformation and organizational growth.
