Citadel Health Management Consultancy commits to continual improvement of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) performance across all services in the UAE.
As a prequalified DHA consultant operating in regulated environments, we maintain ISO-aligned management systems, set measurable objectives, and provide the resources and leadership needed to achieve them.
We will comply with customer requirements and applicable laws, prevent injury and ill health, protect the environment, conserve resources, and reduce waste and pollution.
This policy is communicated to all personnel, contractors, and interested parties, and reviewed annually for suitability and effectiveness.

Top Management
QHSE Lead
Maintain the QHSE management system, legal register, risk assessments, training plan, internal audits, incident investigations, and CAPA tracking; report performance to management.
Line Managers / Project Leads
All Personnel & Contractors
Follow procedures and instructions, use PPE, stop unsafe work, report hazards/incidents/near misses promptly, and protect the environment.
Visitors
Comply with site rules and instructions; remain escorted where required.
Continual Improvement:
Audit performance, review results, and improve the QHSE system routinely.
Legal / Regulatory (UAE)
We identify and comply with applicable UAE legislation, codes, and authority requirements, maintaining a compliance register that is reviewed and updated periodically.
This includes (as applicable): DHA, DoH, MOHAP, DHCC, Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), MOHRE, and OSHAD (Abu Dhabi). Evidence of compliance is available during audits and inspections.
